How to install and run Base apk 3 on your Android device or computer.
The Base apk 3 is open source, so anyone can build it from scratch and share it with others.
There are two ways to get the Base apk 3 on your phone or tablet: through an Android app store or by downloading and running the apk file directly on your device or computer.

- If a dialogue box pops up asking if you want to display app notifications, tap Don’t show again and then tap OK on the next pop-up box that appears (you can always change this later).
Step 2: Open the downloaded file with a file manager
Download the base apk 3. You’ll find it in the Downloads folder on your phone, or in a pop-up window if you downloaded it from a browser.
Open the downloaded file with a file manager application (for example, ES File Explorer). Locate the base 3 app and tap it. Tap Install. Tap Done when prompted to confirm the installation.
Follow these steps for installing base 3 on your computer: Download an emulator app of choice (many are available online).
Install the emulator by following instructions provided by the developer of the emulator app.
Step 3: Allow installations from unknown sources if prompted
To allow installations from unknown sources, go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources.
When you do this, you’ll see a warning message that says installing apps from unknown sources can be dangerous. You should only do it if you know what you’re doing and you trust the source of the app.
If that’s not the case, find another way to get Base apk 3 on your phone.
Step 4: Click Install
Once you have downloaded the base app, you’ll need to tap the Install button in the top right corner of the screen. When prompted, select Install again.
After a few seconds, you will see a notification that says Success! Now, go back and open up your homepage by tapping your profile picture at the top of the screen (or swiping from left to right).

We will be using the Android emulator, BlueStacks in this tutorial. It is available on both Windows and Mac.
Step one: the setup
Installing BlueStacks is a very simple process. All you have to do is go to their website, download the program, and run the file. The installer is a substantial file and the installation may take some time.
After the initial installation is done, you only have to wait a few seconds before opening the program. Once open, you will be prompted to sign in to Google as any Android smartphone or tablet would.
When you start installing the Bluestacks Virtualization software, you may run across error messages that include Hardware acceleration is not available on your system or This host supports Intel VT-x, but it is disabled. If you enable hardware acceleration features, then the Bluestacks software will run more smoothly.
Step Two: Installing Base APK 3
If you haven’t installed any other programs that are associated with the APK file type, BlueStacks automatically opens APK files. Simply double-click the APK to start BlueStacks and have the application installed.
Additionally, you can just drag and drop the APK file on the BlueStacks home screen. Once you confirm installation, it will appear on your BlueStacks home screen.
